Service Agreement for Gina Romano's 1:1 Coaching Program

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Gina Romano Coaching, hereafter referred to as "Coach," and the undersigned individual or entity, hereafter referred to as "Client," for the provision of real estate coaching services as outlined below.

1. Services Provided

Coach agrees to provide 1:1 coaching services to Client, which includes:

  • Two (2) 30-minute personalized 1:1 coaching calls per month
  • One (1) 45-minute group coaching call per month
  • Ongoing support and resources as necessary to aid Client in their real estate business.

2. Minimum Commitment

Client agrees to a minimum commitment of six (6) months of coaching services, starting from the date of the first scheduled coaching call.

3. Ongoing Service & Payment

After the initial 6-month period, this Agreement will continue on a month-to-month basis unless terminated by either party in accordance with Section 4. Client understands that payments will continue automatically until the proper cancellation notice is received by Coach.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • After the initial 6-month commitment, Client may cancel services by providing written notice at least thirty (30) days in advance of the next billing cycle.
  • Cancellations must be sent in writing via email to [email protected]
  • If Client fails to provide the required notice, Client will be charged for the following month’s coaching services.

5. Payment Terms

Client agrees to pay for coaching services on a monthly basis, billed automatically. Payments are non-refundable and must be made in full prior to the delivery of coaching services.

6. No Guarantees

Client acknowledges and agrees that Coach does not guarantee any specific results or increased production as a result of participating in this coaching program. Client understands that their success depends on their own participation, work ethic, and implementation of strategies discussed during coaching sessions.

7. Acknowledgment

By clicking "Complete My Purchase," Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. Client further agrees that they understand the ongoing nature of the service, the 6-month minimum commitment, the automatic renewal of services, and the cancellation policy.
