After starting my real estate career, the 2008 market crash hit. Not exactly the way I expected to start my new venture! But with smart lead generation strategies, relationship buliding and hard work, I was on my way to taking this career to heights I couldn't imagine.

10 years in my career I was finally a top producing agent. I was a selling machine! But I knew it couldn't stop there...I opened my very own real estate company called Romano Realty, now with 2 locations.

I promise my agents that I will guide them to success in half the time it took me to find it in this business, which I think is truly my calling.
